It was a tragedy on my part for not composing myself (I was a Sophomore in college very nervous and uncertain of what I really wanted). I had no idea what I was getting into as it was my first interview with a fortune 500 company. I was in the Microsoft Teams with about 4 panel board members. I was not ready based on my education level was what I inferred and my social skills. I hope that this time that changes now that I am a senior interviewing. Just be able to talk about yourself and be willing to grow and work.
