After applying it took two months to get an interview. The interview was comfortable, the questions were comfortable and the interaction with the managers was very Profesional. Normally when I have applied for other positions other than leadership positions, I apply , get an interview in 2 weeks, and an answer in less than 2 weeks, it's either a feedback but didn't get the job or an offer. The positions I'm referring to was a leadership position and the whole process took 4 months to finally get a response. It took 2 months and numerous follow ups. I didn't get the position, which I felt they waited too long to tell me that.
