Entrevista
You apply online, and if you pass the "test", you get an in store interview, and if you pass that interview, you get a second interview. You are pretty much asked integrity questions, quizzed on your knowledge about musical equipment, answer questions about pay and compensation, ask about your future in the business, etc.
Very easy just getting to know you and knowing if you are interested in what you do They will be friendly with you and make you feel less stressed about the whole process

Entrevista
In-person interview where we discussed working in a commission-based sales role. Discussed experience in the field/subject matter. Talked about additional responsibilities besides the main sales-focused/goal-oriented expectations.
Interview was very lax and comfortable.
Only one interview before I was hired.

One reach by a recruiter who tried to lock me into a salary range first that’s below my worth. He wouldn’t set up a meeting with the managers or the team unless I agreed to his salary range first. Kind of backwards. If you don’t want me to know what you’re signing me up for. I don’t think there’s a shot in hell i’m going to commit to anything. I asked to meet the team, no answer.
