I had interviews with the recruiter, the hiring manager, business partners and an in person interview.
The interview team was pleasant and seemed high performing, and the questions were exactly what you'd expect for a PM role. However, after the final interview, I never heard back, even after following up. While the role wasn't a perfect fit, I was dissapointed by the unprofessional and discourteous lack of follow-up.

The overall interview process wasn’t ideal. The initial screening and first round was straightforward which happened over a course of 1 week. However, for the second round they rescheduled 5 times, I should’ve taken hint at this point in time that they probably were finalizing another candidate and just wanted backup candidates if the primary candidate falls through. I’m good with having backups, however transparency would’ve been greatly appreciated, rather than having to receive interview rescheduled message less than an hour before the scheduled start time.

Process was smooth but dragged for around 60 days.
1. 2 tA calls - very basic questions
2. Round with director of product in dublin.
3. Round with engineering manager
4. Round with lead product manager.
5. Round with MD Guidewire india.
All rounds were somewhat straight forward and the hr was polite to give results the next day, salary negotiations were not smooth.

Absolutely nothing.
This is a company that ghosts people.
