Phone Screen process was a more conversational style interview with interviewer willing to provide good insights into company and team. The interviewer was professional and overall a good experience. Following the call there, after following up, there was no response provided as to the outcome of the interview and I did not receive a email rejection notice.

The interview process consisted of HR rounds and technical evaluation focused on SQL. The overall experience was smooth and well-organized. The HR rounds covered background, role expectations, and behavioral questions, while the technical segment assessed SQL proficiency through practical problem-solving.
