Phone call with recruiter, then a series of 3 interviews with progressively higher people in the company. Easy, casual feel to interviews. Never received email confirmation about follow-up interviews, they just popped up on my calendar (thank God I checked my calendar). After the 3rd interview, about a week later I received a very impersonal form email thanking me for applying but that they were going forward with someone else.
