I applied through a recruiter. Two Phone interviews. First phone interview is with the hiring manager. Most of the questions are on finance. Second phone interview is with the technical lead. General C# questions, lots of .Net frame work questions focusing on Test Driven development, Delegates and Multi threading. I didn't get the job due to my lack of knowledge in the latest .Net Framework. It was a nice learning experience.
