Entrevista
I applied through online portal. I had a phone call with HR within 2 weeks who gave me an overview of the position. It was a friendly call and the date of face to face interview in Aachen was decided via e-mail. On The interview day, the entire 45 minutes were a grilling exercise interspersed with poking fun at my current position (I was working in a mid-sized company at that time). The panel consisted of 4 members in which the senior most Head of some department decided to make fun of my accent and pretended to ask everything twice, saying I did not understand you. Rest of the panel members hardly asked any questions. It was highly unprofessional behaviour showed by higher management which was rude and bordered on bullying a candidate. During the interview, it was revealed that they would probably hire someone internally. I could not make out the purpose of this entire exercise if the position was already decided upon. Overall, it was an extremely unfriendly, exploitative and bizarre experience (I am yet to receive their reply). Furthermore, after reading reviews here, I feel that refund for travel expenses will also be an uphill task!

3 in total - one screening, one with the hiring manger, third onsite with the whole team
The screening was done with an external recruiter. The second interview was with the HR manager and the hiring manager. At the end, I had 2 case studies and needed to make a presentation in front of the entire team, having also the time to speak separately with me hiring manager and the vice-president of the company.
Very nice interview process overall.
