The company itself is a dual standard company, Hr are so ridiculous andu professional like they behave like they are the boss. This is my personal experience, They want a confirmation if candidate will join the organisation after offer and they themselves can't stand to there words.
They took all my interviews from technical to hr, and at the time of giving office they hang me in between.

First round was a techincal telephonics interview . Second round was also a telephonic techcial interview but with you team or line manager. Third round was HR to discuss salary and renumeration.
