Went over key skills such as teamwork and leadership. Also discussed my experience working in a team, and confirmed my availability as a student and my part time working hours.

Filled in online form and was invited for an interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Focussed on motivations, experience and situational judgement. Asked questions where I learned about expectations and progression. Very simple process.
