Applied on line. This was very tricky because there is no HR system at the medical center. Applied from gcmchealth.com. Application was lost and did not allow for a cover letter. Had to contact HR and email cover letter. Conducted phone interview with HR then had in person interview with staff and leaders. All in person interviews were conducted by reading questions from paper that HR prepared. There was no creativity or ability to have a conversation.
