Started with a Phone Call where I was asked several questions, basic stuff, like where did I hear about the company, what made me believe I was fit for the job, ect. In person interview was more of the same, I was asked to tell them about myself, my sales background, why I wanted the job, why I was fit for the job, no question was particularly out of the ordinary in what could be considered an average interview.
