Found opportunity in Craigslist. Initial phone interview, then a 4 hour training with 3 other new hires. Training was in a coffee shop which made it very hard to hear clearly for 3 of the four hours. The last hour was in store, then we were let lose with our pre-determined schedules. On my first shift, I was accidentally scheduled with another in-store rep. Oh, well I got an actual hands on training that really helped my ability to see first hand what really takes place.
