The interview process was pretty straight forward. Most information about the Job is posted within the website. Prior to the interview I had done a lot of research on how to respond to behavioral questions, and I did my best to respond with full Candor. I also noted that it was important to understand the firms culture, and core principles which I had brought up during my interview to try to see how they would apply day to day. The interview was 2 thirty minute sessions with different managers. I got the opportunity to get to know more about the Job, and see if I was a good fit.
