Applied online and was contacted several days later asking to do an on-site interview. The interview was very informal and I was told what tasks I'll be doing. The interviewer directed me to a computer and started explaining to me what I would be doing on the database and through excel and I was then asked to do the same thing after watching her conduct it. Also did a typing test and played a game of sudoku...took several weeks for them to offer the position for me.
