I was pre-screened via a telephone interview - typical questions. I was surprised at their desire to pin down a salary range so early in the process. After passing that test, I was required to take a Wonderlic test. Shortly afterwards, I was invited for a face to face interview with the local manager, and based upon that was invited to spend a day in the field with a current employee. As I write this, I am preparing for my final interview with the regional manager later today.

The interview process was very quick and speedy, and the interviewer created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The questions were very simple and could be answered very naturally. As long as you are good at talking about yourself and are polite and have good problem solving skills and strategies, it is easy.
