Relatively straightforward. Meeting with HR screen and then hiring manager. Questions from HR were on my background, with a few performance-based questions. Meeting with the hiring manager was one performance-based interview question and general questions around the role regarding tools used, why the company, biggest weakness etc. Overall, it was a rather negative experience. It took over a week to get the initial interview scheduled despite being available all week. Hiring manager was the chief of staff as the team head for the mops team had left, felt like she had a limited understanding from a mops perspective on the role responsibilities.
