There were 5 rounds. Every part of the process was clear and communicated in way that was easy to follow. There was 0 ambiguity around next steps. This put me at ease and gave me confidence in the company. Austin was spectacular! The best recruiter I have ever worked with. He was on it! The real surprise came when I realized that the kindness and welcoming spirit didn't stop with Austin. I left every interview with a clear sense of the people and community at Gong. I've used Gong and liked the product, but the team and this process has made me a RAVING FAN!
