The "HR" consultant is not up to speed with protocol for the 21st century. Lied about at least two specific questions I asked (what caused the vacancy and were there any inhouse candidates). Requested an organizational chart - they did not have one. Asked for a list of the communities so I could get a feel for the clients - owner declined.
