I applied to Gold's Gym in early June 2015 and did not receive any feedback until a month later. The interview was scheduled and the hiring manager was very relaxed and comfortably dressed. I was briefed on what I would possibly be doing, asked about previous work history, and asked if I had any questions. The whole interview was 10 minutes or less. It honestly could have been done over the phone with little to no differences.
