The first stage was a zoom screening where they talk to you about the role which is advertised as a CSM, however the job description aligns more with a support specialist as you don't manage your own accounts. The role description itself is extremely vague and the reviews of the company are definitely discouraging.
Initially went extremely fast. Applied online, had a meeting with a director of CS for an interview. Following, I had an interview with a leadership position. Following that, both the talent recruiter and director did not respond in the same manner as the start of the interview, which was prompt and very quickly.

Had my Zoom call with HR, which was recorded so the Hiring Manager could watch after. Conversation was fine, nothing out of the ordinary, standard interview questions.
HR said that they would pass it on to the Hiring Manager and would hear from them in 1-2 days. Ended up not hearing anything from them.
