Was told there are 4 rounds before a decision is made, first round, then assessment centre, then commercial interview and a final interview. attended first round interview, mainly competency based e.g. tell me about a time you took a risk, when have you made money. You get a chance at the end to say anything else you think will add to your case. I found the interviewing style quite impersonal and aggressive - but i guess that is reflective of the type of employees they are looking to hire. it seems they have very strict criteria as to how they want each question answered.
