The interviewer showed up late and kept their camera off, despite it being a video interview. Throughout the conversation, they read directly from a script and showed little engagement or interest, making the interview feel impersonal. Overall, it didn’t provide a good impression of the company’s culture or hiring process.

It was two and a half months of interviews. Presentation prep. Multiple phone calls. 8 rounds altogether. Spoke with the CEO who said he looked forward to working with me.
And then they ghosted me. All of that work for nothing.

I started the interview process before Thanksgiving and completed seven rounds over nearly two months. My final interview was January 6th, and I was told there were two remaining steps and they were looking forward to reconnecting.
After that, communication stopped entirely.
I followed up two weeks later and received no response. No update, no rejection, no closure.
Seven interviews is a significant time investment. Even a brief note acknowledging a delay would have shown basic professionalism. Instead, the silence reflected poorly on the candidate experience.
