Two stages. First stage is a 30 minute call with the Lead/Manager. Chat about you and why you're interested in the role. They might also corner you and ask what your salary expectation is. If successful you are then given a technical test which can take three to six hours. I never heard from them or the recruiter again after sacrificing my personal time to do the test for them, so I can't confirm what the second stage would be.
