Very transparent about the compensation on call, I would honestly say the job posting is sort of false advertisement. The base pay for this position is 25k-30k. Very friendly conversation.

Entrevista
It is a two-step interview. During both interviews, be prepared to do a mock call. You are a lead calling someone (the person interviewing you). Ask open ended questions and questions that might seem uncomfortable. For example, “how much do you make at your other job”. Take notes on feedback you get from your first interview and incorporate it in the second. They are huge on feedback and growth. Do your research on the company values and how you are a good fit based on that. Lastly, I would show up with a positive and outgoing attitude. This company is huge on keeping a good culture with a positive outlook. If you haven’t done sales before familiarize yourself with that.
