Responded to ad on Monster.dom. Called for site interview. Very professional interview process was professionally set up with interviewers from all of the disciplines the job will interact if they were successful in securing the job. Half-way through the process - the hiring manager broke into the schedule to offer me the position. The job offer and relocation package was very good.
