Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 8 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en George Mason University (Fairfax, VA) en feb 2014
Entrevista
Mine consisted of a single phone interview, followed by a final, in-person interview on campus in a large tech room with an off-campus interviewer. As it IS higher-ed, the process is insanely slow, so don't worry if you've not 'heard anything' for a minimum of a number of weeks... potentially, literally MONTHS.

Again, the all-too-predictable "Behavioral" questions... "Tell us of a time when you..." Usually something related to coping/dealing with problematic co-workers, clients etc.

Like all other robot HR departments, Mason loves the "behavioral," "tell us of a time..." interview. In the Office of Communications and Marketing, they've become addicted to the "presentation" interview. Which is flawed at its core, as how would you dare to make suggestions without any deeper knowledge of the inherent challenges.
