It's a small company, so communications were quick and pleasant. Expect to meet with several people in the company. Depending on the position, you will be quizzed on finance knowledge, math, programming, and brain teasers--very standard stuff, no surprises. You will likely get no HR/fit/behavioral questions if you are interviewing for a quantitative position. If you know your stuff you will do fine; just don't come in unprepared. Very nice people; more relaxed than most finance firms.
