I applied through college.No.of rounds in interview depends on the candidates.we had 3 rounds. 1. JAM session : we were given 10mins time to choose a topic.speak about anything but maintain fluency and confidence u will get through. 2. Group discussion : 20 mems in a group and general topics were only discussed. 3.telephonic round: You will have to speak to there executives from other countries over phone.They will ask few basic questions.But you need to have lots of patience as it may take 1-1&1/2 hr for the call to get connected.
