Phone screen with HR, 1:1 with hiring manager a week later, 1:1 with hiring manager's boss a week later, then rejection. HR left a bad taste in my mouth trying to get me to agree to a below-market offer (with only "some relocation assistance") before meeting anyone else. I got on pretty well with the managers, especially the hiring manager, but have a feeling that HR's "take as much while giving as little as you can" mentality and me not living in the area submarined my candidacy.
