Applied on LinkedIn and received a invite link for a a screening call on Teams with suggested times. The call did not really begin in a welcoming or friendly manner it was quite awkward and this pretty much continued throughout the interview where midway it was I did not "fit" and was only being asked questions for the process and would not be going to the next stage. The questions were quite straightforward but I was given a weak reason on my answer for one of them which barely had anything to do with the job so was used as an excuse to to not proceed.
