I had a group interview where i met almost every member of the company. the ceo/president made an appearance and everyone was very welcoming and intrigued to know who I was as an applicant. The questions were open ended and you have to be able to bring up your past work experiences and know about the company and what we do before coming in for the interview. I had a short phone interview before the in person.
