I applied online around July 2019 and about a month later I received a call asking if I'd like to interview. They flew me up to Connecticut on a Sunday for a Monday morning interview. The interview was nice, not too formal although it was a panel of 3 interviewers. They mostly just told me about the position and let me ask questions but they did ask a couple of typical engineer interview questions and 1 that I didn't anticipate. The whole thing probably took roughly an hour. They told me that if I hadn't heard back from them in a couple months to reach out. I didn't hear back, so I reached out and learned they went with someone better qualified.
