Applied online. Received a call about 2-3 weeks later to schedule an interview. I arrived the day before and stayed in a hotel at Mystic. On the day of, I arrived and parked in the EB visitor parking lot and went in to the HR building. Filled out some forms and then went on a shipyard tour of the place. Once we got back I waited till it was time for my interview. It was a good experience, he told me more about the job and position, what it entailed. Didn't ask too much about my resume. He asked a few technical questions about safety when dealing with electrical systems. Overall it was a good experience

At a general hiring event, they paired me with different engineers hiring for their respective teams. The interviews were generally based on a review of my resume, and how I felt I would fit into their respective team. Your individual experience will vary based on the team you are placed to interview for, as well as whoever is interviewing you. One person asked me a bunch of brain teasers, another just generally asked about my opinions on certain tasks to gauge if I would enjoy working in their team.
