Very quick and straightforward process. First I had a screening phone-call with the recruiter and then I was offered an interview with the position Team Lead. Candidates were able to schedule their interview time, a 50 minute time chunk, and I heard back with a job offer ~2 weeks after my interview. The process was very smooth and I was asked expected questions about my job experience, why GeneDx, why this position, etc.
