1 hour long Zoom call using a Coderpad style. The interviewer seemed uninterested and spent a lot of time on his phone. It seemed that the though processes and didn't matter at all I just had to get it to compile. Expressed no interest in our conversation and and left me to lead the interview. For example with 10 minutes left I though it would be best to to talk about the company instead of struggling to compile as my solution was already fleshed out, so I prompted as such. He responded with "up to you buddy." Never did hear about Gem. It was obvious that he had made up his mind early on and just didn't care anymore.
