This was followed by a quantitative interview discussing the coding assessment, which was scheduled via Zoom, creating some confusion about whether it would be a video call. The interviewer didn't turn on their camera and said to be on their phone, which was not what I expected for a third-round interview. HR had indicated that this interview would focus on discussing the assessment, but the interviewer did not ask any questions about it. Instead, they asked about 15 "do you know how to" questions. I subsequently received a rejection email.
