Teams interview online, between 40 minutes to an hour, 2 interviewers were present. They asked simple questions and informed me how they operate and what they need the right candidate to do. The interviewers were hostile and seemed disinterested as soon as the interview started. Nobody followed up with me. It has been over 3 weeks and I haven’t received any communication. It is abhorrent that an organisation wouldn’t follow up to at least inform someone that they weren’t successful.
