Called me for a interview with regional manager after initial chat on phone. Then called me for a second interview with store manager. The interview went really well, they just had a chat with me talked about life they just wanted to see whether i could communicate well as that is the most important thing. Had to choose 1 put of 3 candidates so they chose someone else.
