I dedicated six weeks to conducting interviews and receiving consistently positive feedback. However, two weeks following the final interview, I was informed that the position had been rendered redundant. I would have appreciated if this decision had been made prior to the interview panel, as I invested significant time and missed out on other opportunities as a result.

Met with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a VP for a different team. Interviews were very unstructured and more about the role and Gartner then me. More of a vibe check then interview.
Then I was ghosted. Contacted recruiter for timeline and no response for 2 weeks. Had to go to their portal to see I was rejected. Very unprofessional.

Huge waste of time. They had me do a whole presentation on Power BI of sample data just to tell me they didn't think I had enough experience presenting to senior leadership. This was an entry level role and honestly have no idea what they are expecting

Individual interviews and panel interview. Panel interview consists of about 6 people and you present your work to them and they ask questions. Can take over 2-4 weeks to complete.
