Entrevista
First phone interview, talk with a human resources manager dedicated to hiring university students from London. Very friendly and very detailed questions. Further interviews with hiring managers, assessment centers and case studies are required.

Things about you and your past working experience and university
3 interviews.
1) HR. Basic and not too hard to pass
2) Panel: quite long, can be technical.
3) Final 1to1: very long ( for me it lasted around 1:30 hr), it is not so technical but more about you, fit questions.

Entrevista
4 stage process which progressed from a brief chat with the campus recruiter to a panel interview with director/associate directors. First 3 stages placed large emphasis on behavioural/experience based questions. The interviewers were specifically looking for key competencies which you were told about prior to the interviews. The 4th interview consisted of a mini case study and competency questions. A recruiter helped explain and prepare you for each interview (excluding the initial call).
