Two preliminary interview phases with very general lines of questioning in the first two interviews. The third interview is what really threw me off, when they asked me to roleplay as a fitness receptionist trying to sell a workout program.

Entrevista
Consisted of 4 rounds. The first, a general HR phone screen of approximately 30 minutes to see if you really know what Gartner does, why sales, what the role is composed of, and a bit more. The second and third were both behavioral question-based, the second being with a more senior HR person. They really are looking for STAR-framed answers, and the questions will test on the 4 different Gartner traits. Both interviews include a sales pitch at the end, so be prepared to role-play selling to one someone. The last stage is an assessment center at the offices.
