It was a thorough 4 step interview process with questions that are very detailed and specific to the position you would be taking on. They definitely do their due diligence. They also coach you consistently through the interview process to see if you are a coach-able candidate.

Tell me a time when you had to overcome and objection with a co-worker?
I interviewed for 7 weeks, with a total of 4 phone calls.
All the recruiters were awesome to work with, very nice and friendly people.
I made it to the final phone interview with two hiring managers, they were not nearly as nice and friendly. I was asked the same questions from my previous interviews with the addition of questions about why I wanted to go into the CRA position with a technical background.
I thought the process was good, they ask good and meaningful questions, but it takes a very long time! Too long in my opinion.
