I was contacted by a Gartner recruiter on LinkedIn for this role. After an initial phone interview, I had another phone interview and proceeded to a video interview. Initially the process was very quick with each interview around one week apart. The interviews were very structured and the questions asked are basically all posted here on Glassdoor. The interviewers were quite helpful in preparing for the next rounds (maybe they have some quota to fulfill of applicants they have to get to to the next stage). The interviewers were friendly and seemed like they really wanted to know how I deal in certain situations. However, after the last video interview (I had a good feeling about it) they did not contact me again and I had to send them an email. After that I received a generic rejection email. Too bad they do not have the decency to give you some feedback after going through 3 interviews (or at least not using a no-reply email address).
