Solicité el puesto por otro medio. El proceso duró 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Gartner (Toronto, ON) en jul 2018

Gartner follows a 5 interview process. The first step is a call with the recruiter. Be prepared for this to go beyond your typical screening call - I was taken a bit off guard when the recruiter started asking situational questions. The second interview is a 30 minute phone interview with the hiring area manager. If successful, the candidate goes on to meet for an hour with the area VP. The final step is a panel role play. I found my recruiter really helpful through the process - he provided lots of good info on what to expect each step of the way and how to prepare. This was particularly useful for the role play. On whole, I didn't find the process overly difficult. As long as you have the relevant experience and spend time to prepare, you will do fine. Treat the panel role play like you would a discovery call with a client.

Tell me about a time when you went into a sales meeting prepared to sell product X, and the client/prospect ended up wanting something totally different.
They have reached out to me for a job every year and I have interviewed with them 2 times and have never made it past the 1st interview. Confused why a recruiter reaches out to me anymore?

It was long and rigorous, often feeling extremely high pressure, with not a lot of constructive criticism. There are 5 rounds and each with a role-play. It's safe to say this is not an easy interview process. I'm not sure how they do their prospecting, but I was apparently a 'great fit' for the role - didn't show that enthusiasm during our calls.
Intensive - multiple rounds led by a recruiter. Expect 2 rounds of role play, around 4 rounds total. 2 with a recruiter, one with a lead skills expert and another panel with VPs and hiring managers.
