Email exchange > Phone Call > Office visit with team meet and greet > Interview with two co-founders > Offer letter > Offer Acceptance phone call. The interview was definitely more focused on if I was a cultural fit. They looked at my previous experience and believed I was qualified but wanted to make sure I was a good fit and willing to learn.
