I received a call from their manager. Hardly an introduction and asked if I was available to speak briefly. Personally, if I knew she would be interrupted several times, I would have opted to speak a different time. Although I don’t have some of the qualifications, one could evaluate based on my work experience. Not pinpoint, well you did this but you don’t have the experience in this. I felt like this interview process was very belittling and lack of understanding. New degree acquired, great. However, why would you apply if you don’t know how to do this and that. Sounds like they don’t want to train someone who is new. It’s more about we want someone who has done all this before. I couldn’t even finish the phone screening because there was lack of understanding to know the candidate.
