Before i`ve been hired i tried 3 times, so it was hard but it worth!
Each time i had to apply online, send my portfolio to them and in 1 week ive been contacted by them.
I had to get 2 tests after they liked me based on portfolio. So the first test, one character illustration and one environment illustration where part of the first test and i had 2 weeks.
After i passed this test they called me at their office and i had to draw there another character concept art. I have 8 hours but they where nice and i had 9-10.
After i passed this test they arranged an meeting with their manager, creative director and art director. They asked me a few things about my previous jobs and in the end i had to negociate the salary and they told me that i will have an email with the final offer.
I had to wait around 2-3 days and i got their offer, it was smaller then i wanted but it was in the range i wanted so i accepted. They made my day!

I had an difficult time to get a job first time i been interviewed because i told them i dont like playing games:) so dont say this ever.
Excellent. Nice office in center near metro station, nice place and personal. I was asked to make art test and it’s was difficult for me because I didn’t had much experience with digital art.
Sono gentili, mi hanno risposto subito e hanno proposto a fare un test. Non sono stata preparata abbastanza per passare, non ho finito il test e non ho consegnato, ma ho avuto miglior impressione del azienda che si può avere.

Entrevista
The friendly interviewer made me feel not under pressure when answering the questions. I could answer the questions well. However, the application review process was quite long. Everything was communicated via email.
