I applied through the job posting on LinkedIn and had an initial phone screen with Lauren, their internal recruiter. I was then moved on to the next stage and met with Ken, the VP of marketing. I really enjoyed my conversation with him and wish that I was moved onto the next round, but unfortunately I learned today I was not selected. I genuinely appreciate Lauren reaching out and informing me instead of ghosting me. They also were up front that I was the first person they spoke to and set expectations when I would hear back from them. This seems like an awesome company to work for and I’m envious of the person they select for the role.
