Give a faux lecture. Make it a good lecture. Don't make it a bad lecture. Then debug, don't debug poorly. Debug well. Basically pretend to do your role before you actually fill that role.

30 minute interview along with questionnaire filled out prior. Basic background questions about teaching experience. Hypothetical / situation questions and "tell me about a time..." type questions. Pretty straight forward process.
